We conduct extensive discovery sessions to understand our clients' goals, needs, and expectations. We then use our decades of manufacturing experience to make recommendations to customers on how to give their concepts fit and function. Once we ensure that our production plan meets customer expectations, we move on to the design phase.

Creation of prototype
Precision Group manufactures for its customers a “quick tool” made of aluminum instead of the high-strength steel used for long-life production tools. This approach allows customers to visualize their final products exactly as they would look after a full production. Although these quick tools have a shorter lifespan than long production tools, they do have the advantage of being much cheaper to produce and much quicker to manufacture right out of the box (it usually takes less than 2 weeks to produce on average, compared to the 6 weeks of the extensive production tools).
Using Precision Group prototyping method, customers can create 100-1000 injection molded plastic parts that are exactly identical to what a high-end production tool would create. This production method is ideal for customers looking for a quick response and looking to test a new product concept with a limited amount of production.
Mechanize / Machining
Precision Group is not a normal machine workshop. We distinguish ourselves from the rest by specializing in unique and complex machine work for a diverse range of high-profile customers around the world. Through utilizing our selection of 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machining centers and our various EDM machines, we have the ability to execute highly nuanced maneuvers to produce the intricate metal geometries our customers need, particularly those that involve considerable curvatures.
We are one of the few shops with the technical capacity and staff experience to meet the requirements of large and critical projects that require tight tolerances.
Injection Molding
At the center of the manufacturing process is the crucial step of injection molding: this consists of forcing or injecting molten plastics into a steel or aluminum mold, where they are cooled and take the shape of space. Precision Group knows the art and science of injection molding well, with a highly trained and specialized team working around the clock to fulfill customer orders on numerous injection presses. The result of our work is high-quality plastic components that our customers precisely meet the requirements of our customers.
